Sail the Chester River on the Historic Skipjack Elsworth and spend the evening in conversation with Bill Schindler about his research fusing lessons from our dietary past with modern culinary techniques to create a meaningful, accessible and relevant food system in our modern Western World. He will draw from his work with National Geographic’s The Great Human Race, his recent sabbatical research (ranging from indigenous groups practicing traditional food ways to some of the world’s top Michelin Star Chefs), and the Eastern Shore Food Lab at Washington College.
