About Bill

Dr. Bill Schindler is a food archaeologist, primitive technologist and chef. He travels the world with his family documenting traditional food ways and works to draw inspiration from the deep archaeological record, rich and diverse ethnographic record and modern culinary world to create food solutions that are relevant, meaningful and accessible in our modern lives.

The 2019 Student Research & Creative Activity Symposium is scheduled for Wednesday, April 10, 2019 in the Hoeffner Science and Technology Center at East Stroudsburg University.

The annual symposium brings together the ESU community to celebrate the accomplishments of students from disciplines throughout the University.

The day’s events will include:

  • Poster Presentations
  • Oral Presentations
  • Sigma Xi Competition
